Richard Brown

Richard Brown is the Executive Vice President at BIA of Lancaster County, where they have provided management and oversight for a member-based trade association since 1998. With over 30 years of experience in association management, Richard has worked with Home Centers, Nursery & Landscape Companies, and Residential Home Building Companies, as well as their suppliers. They have previously held positions such as Executive Director for the Pennsylvania Police Officers Association and the Pennsylvania Landscape & Nursery Association, and served as Staff Vice President at the Eastern Building Material Dealers Association. Richard is skilled in exposition management, membership development, and fiscal management, and has a commitment to consolidating smaller organizations into a larger, more effective cooperative. They hold two associate degrees in Criminal Justice and Marketing and have a specialized certification as a Master Baker from the Bagel Institute.
