Sam Gilboard

Sam Gilboard is an experienced Government Affairs professional specializing in sustainable housing and community development policy advocacy. Presently, Sam serves as the Director of Federal Legislative at the National Association of Home Builders. Sam's previous roles include Senior Manager of Public Policy at the National Apartment Association and Trade & Investment Associate at the UK's Department for International Trade. With a strong foundation in international relations from the University of Rochester, Sam also gained valuable experience as a Parliamentary Intern at the House of Commons and a National Outreach Intern at the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs.
