Tim O'Brien

Tim O'Brien is an experienced professional in the home building industry, currently serving as President of Tim O'Brien Homes since June 2007. The company specializes in single-family new home construction, with a focus on Energy Star and Green Built Home Certified projects. Tim O'Brien has held various leadership roles, including Division President at William Ryan Homes from 2000 to 2007 and Project Manager at Pulte Homes from 1994 to 1998. Tim O'Brien has been actively involved in industry organizations, serving as a Board Member for the National Association of Home Builders and the Wisconsin Builders Association since 2005 and 2006, respectively, and as an Executive Board Member for the Metropolitan Builders Association from 2006 to 2012.
