Edward Carr

Edward Carr is a Product Transformation Consultant at esynergy since August 2025, with extensive experience in transformation and agile coaching across various organizations. Previously, Edward held the position of Head of Transformation & Enterprise Coaching at Just Eat Takeaway.com, where leadership focused on transforming a 2,500-person Product & Tech division. Prior roles at Sainsbury's included Principal Agile Coach, leading the Transformation Coaching Team to foster cultural changes, and stepping into a Lead Agile Coach role for targeted support. Edward's early career involved product management at mGage LLC, managing mobile engagement products, and Sports Alliance, where strategic roadmaps and the design of a loyalty module were key contributions. Edward holds a BSc in Philosophy and Experimental Psychology from the University of Bristol.
