Jay Heal has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Senior Interaction Designer and Service Designer at the Ministry of Justice UK, focusing on improving services for users. They then held various roles as a Senior User Experience Designer, contributing to projects in government departments such as the Education and Skills Funding Agency and the NHS. Jay also worked as a Service Designer for Difrent, collaborating on projects related to the coronavirus pandemic and adult social care recruitment. They have also worked as a User Experience Designer for Utility Warehouse and as a Senior User Experience Designer for Softwire. More recently, Jay has held positions as a Senior Service Designer at eSynergy Solutions, Mercator Digital, and Farsight Consulting Ltd. Earlier, from 1996 to 1999, they pursued a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Science at Boston College in Boston, Lincolnshire.
