Pascal Herbold

Pascal Herbold is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at ET GLOBAL since October 2025. In addition to this role, Pascal is the founder of Brueckenraum, a part-time venture focused on mediation, consulting, and coaching since January 2021. Previously, Pascal held significant positions, including Head of HR and HR-Generalist at Instaffo from May 2018 to October 2025, and Consulting Partner in HR Management at OSCAR GmbH. Experience also includes a role in organizational development and HR transformation at tts - knowledge matters and a brief internship at Checkpoint Marktforschung. Early career experience involved serving as HR Executive and Salesmanager at AutoPlus. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Social Science, Psychology, and Management from Heidelberg University, a certification as a mediator from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology, Management, and Psychology from the University of Cologne.
