eta consulting is Industrial Engineer Rishi Malhotra and Mechanical Engineer Neil Deshpande. Rishi's 20-year experience includes a stint at lean pioneer Dell Computers while Neil's 20-year experience includes work for lean engineering pioneers Ford, GM and Chrysler.

In keeping with the lean practice of doing and teaching, eta works in both industry and academia. 

eta's work in industry is characterized by a hands-on approach focused on the implementation of lean principles, and includes clients in the fields of renewable energy, medical devices, drinking water fountains, manufacturing, and administrative.

eta's work in academia includes a recurring class on lean principles at the University of Nevada-Reno and on-site lean workshops for clients in industry.
