Michael Baron

Michael Baron has extensive experience in quality management and manufacturing roles. Michael has held positions such as Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Manager, and Supplier Quality Manager at companies like Alcon, Dendreon, and Etac Group. Throughout their career, Michael has managed teams, implemented process improvements, and ensured compliance with regulations in the medical device industry. Michael has also been instrumental in building supplier quality organizations and driving cost savings through Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

Michael Baron completed their Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan from 2007 to 2010. Michael later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Southern California from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from ASQ - World Headquarters.
