Marie Balzer is currently the Head of Customer Support at ETAP Software, where they drive technical support activities and manage the Customer Support department. Previously, Marie worked as a Key Account Support and Services Manager at IGE+XAO, leading a team and liaising between customers and R&D. They hold an engineering degree from Icam and completed a leadership program at INSEAD.
