Patrick Bossard

Patrick Bossard has extensive experience in vocational education and project management within the electrical engineering sector. Since May 2002, Patrick has served as Leiter Berufsbildung at ETAVIS, overseeing around 150 apprentices among 900 employees in the Basel region and 450 apprentices across 2,500 employees in Switzerland. Patrick holds multiple roles, including member of the Ausbildungskommission at Handelskammer beider Basel since August 2019 and board member at Faszination Technik since March 2019, where involvement includes organizing regional vocational fairs. Patrick has also been a Prüfungsexperte for Gewerbeverband Basel-Stadt since January 2003 and served as president of the Berufsbildungskommission at EIT.swiss from March 2017 to May 2022. Prior to these roles, positions included project leader and vocational trainer at ATEL Elektroanlagen, and a similar role at Gianni Magnani. Patrick’s educational background includes a Dipl. Elektro-Installateur HFP and various certifications in environmental and quality management.
