Naci Eroglu

Naci Eroglu is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer experience management and operations. Since February 2020, Naci Eroglu has served as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager at ETB Group, the largest Turkish company offering omni-channel customer experience management services in Europe. Prior to this role, Naci Eroglu held various positions at IPG from September 2012 to February 2020, including General Manager Call IT & IPG Netherlands and Client Director. Additional experience includes a tenure as Salesmanager at De Telefoongids and managerial roles at Laser Nederland BV and Randstad Callflex. Naci Eroglu began a career in team management at Transcom WorldWide in 2000. Naci Eroglu earned a Bachelor of Engineering in SME Management from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, graduating in 2013, following an earlier education at the same institution from 1999 to 2004.
