Jérôme Lane

Jérôme Lane, PhD, serves as a Senior Bioinformatician at Etcembly Ltd since January 2022, focusing on neoantigen discovery pipelines for vaccine development utilizing tools such as GATK and AWS cloud computing. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at Meteo France International and AUSY, where expertise in Python, Django, and Docker was applied. Previous research positions at La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology, IUCPQ, EPFL, and IMGT involved significant contributions to T cell receptor identification, gene expression analysis, genome-wide association studies, and the development of bioinformatic tools.
