Phil Dye

Phil Dye has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Phil began their career as a Network Manager at Total Connectivity Providers in 1994 and worked until 1999. Phil then joined Alchemy Digital as a Technical Manager from 1999 to 2006. After that, they served as a Technical Manager at The Kite Shop Ltd from 2006 to 2007. Phil then moved on to Design Haus UK, where they worked as a Technical Lead from 2007 to 2012, introducing best practices and leading web development projects. Phil continued their career at Big Radical as a Group Technical Director from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Phil holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Etch and has been in this role since June 2023, utilizing their experience to drive technical implementation and quality.

Phil Dye obtained a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Southampton, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended Theale Green from 1982 to 1990. In terms of additional certifications, Phil obtained the Umbraco Certified Professional certification from Umbraco in August 2012. Phil also holds several Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
