Thomas Frame is an experienced professional with a strong background in management roles. Thomas founded and served as Chairman of Etch, a company they established in 2012 and is currently still involved with. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director of Etch from 2012 to 2021. In 2017, Thomas joined Big Radical as a Director, where they played a key role in redefining self-employment. From 1997 to 2017, they simultaneously served as the Managing Director of Design Haus UK, a position they held for two decades. Additionally, Thomas was a Non-Executive Director at Imagine Publishing Group from 2014 to 2015. Thomas also served on the Marketing Committee of the Royal Yachting Association from 2009 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Thomas was the Managing Director of Charter Haus from 2007 to 2009.

Thomas Frame attended Grosvenor Boys High from 1982 to 1986, where they pursued their Matric degree. Thomas then enrolled at Durban University of Technology from 1988 to 1991, studying Graphic Design.
