Cole Weber

Cole Weber is an experienced operations professional currently working at Etched since February 2025. Prior to this role, Cole served as a Senior Associate in the Technology Industry Group at Alvarez & Marsal from November 2022 to February 2025, providing advisory services to technology companies and private equity firms on strategy, performance improvement, and M&A diligence, with a focus on the semiconductor, compute as a service, and SaaS sectors. Cole Weber earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting, along with a Minor in Philosophy, from UC Santa Barbara, graduating in June 2021.
