Don Moore

Don Moore possesses a robust background in operations and analytics, currently serving in an Operations role at Etched since January 2025. Previously, Don held the position of Chief of Staff at Flow from December 2021 to January 2025, and prior to that, served as Director of Insights at Super Coffee, overseeing key analytics during the company's growth from Series A to C, achieving a valuation of $550 million. Don's expertise encompasses financial planning and analysis, retail and eCommerce sales analytics, and proficiency in relational databases such as Snowflake and SQL. Academic contributions include positions as a Teaching Assistant at Cornell University College of Engineering, enhancing student understanding in bioengineering and mathematics. Don also gained diverse experience through internships at WeWork and PROPERATI, along with a foundational role at The Statler Hotel.
