Michael Fein

Michael Fein is a professional with a strong background in strategy and operations, currently serving in a GTM Strategy and Operations role at Etched since February 2025. Prior to this position, Michael contributed to the Office of the COO at Citadel Securities, focusing on strategy and special projects from March 2024 to February 2025. Experience as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company was held from September 2022 to March 2024, and a teaching fellowship in the Statistics Department at Harvard University took place from September 2020 to December 2021. Additionally, an analyst role was completed at Blackstone in the summer of 2021, working on a partnership agreement with Resolution Life.
