Brian Shea is currently the Superintendent of Health and Safety at OceanaGold Corporation, a position held since 2013. They also serve as the Head of Health and Safety NZ at Skills Group for the year 2023 to 2024. Previously, Brian managed projects at The Building Intelligence Group from 2018 to 2020 and held managerial roles focused on wellbeing, safety, and health at The Electrical Training Company from 2020 to 2023. They began their career as a Project and Construction Manager at Arrow International (NZ) Limited from 2008 to 2013.
