The Program Management Team at ETC collaboratively oversees and coordinates various adventure programs for individuals with disabilities. Team members ensure the smooth operation of sea kayaking, river adventures, and youth leadership development (Youth LEAD) programs, while also handling project management and development initiatives to enhance and expand these offerings.
