Andrew Lay

Andrew Lay has over 25 years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Head of IT Operations at Eteach since April 2015, Andrew previously held the position of IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager. Prior to Eteach, Andrew worked at Capita as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst from April 2013 to April 2015, following a significant tenure at KnowledgePool Group Limited where roles included Senior Infrastructure Analyst and Business Systems Team Leader. Andrew began their career at Fujitsu as an IT Support Specialist and previously worked as an IT Technician at ICL Services.
