Rhys Howells

Rhys Howells has diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and marketing. Rhys started their career as a Marketing Intern at Eteach in 2009. Rhys then worked as a Marketing and Social Media Manager at Rugby-Jobs.com from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they returned to Eteach and held multiple roles including Recruitment Consultant, International Marketing and Talent Resourcing Executive, and Talent Marketing Manager. During this time, they were responsible for marketing to a global teacher audience, managing international brand marketing, and resourcing and vetting new candidates. In 2016, Rhys joined School Recruiter as a Product Manager, where they focused on delivering innovative recruitment management systems for schools. In 2017, they became the Business Development Director at Eteach, responsible for deploying recruitment strategies and providing a hybrid recruitment solution for schools. In 2020, Rhys was promoted to the role of Managing Director at Eteach, overseeing the company's diverse portfolio of products.

Rhys Howells completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in Business Management from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd between 2010 and 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing at Royal Holloway, University of London from 2013 to 2014. Prior to their university education, Rhys attended Wellington College from 2004 to 2009, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice from the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) - Members Only Group in January 2016.
