Jamie Waters is an experienced professional in mechanical engineering and design, currently serving as Manufacturing Improvement Manager and Mechanical Engineering Team Lead at ETEL Ltd. since March 2020. In addition to roles at ETEL, Jamie has been a Director at Fix8 Coffee Limited and WaterCraft Industries since 2018, and previously held the position of Senior Design Engineer at APD Limited until March 2020. Jamie's extensive background includes over 13 years at Southern Spars, where responsibilities encompassed mechanical design and oversight of manufacturing processes for carbon fiber spars in the marine industry. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, completed in 2004.
