Laetitea Halin, formally known as Laetitea only, was born in Metz, France, daughter of a Portuguese father and a French mother (of German origin). Laetitea is a director, producer, creative and art director who occasionally dabbles in graphic design and photography. She has been a part of the audiovisual industry for almost 20 years. Laetitea is the Founder, Chair and CEO of TELENIMA and its Digital Division eTELENIMA.

Strongly committed to the concept of Justice, Laetitea is also on the board of a very active and rigorous non-profit organization whose mission is to deter and fight corruption, crimes against humanity, and other severe human rights abuses around the world. Laetitea is a born thinker who is able to decipher the big picture and develop very quickly creative solutions to complex problems.

Laetitea is a former competitive swimmer. She received their Bachelor's degree from University of Lorraine before moving to Estoril (Portugal) in 2000, where she obtained several postgraduate degrees. Before her time at University of Lisbon, Laetitea Halin participated as a model in fashion shows and television commercials. A dual French and Portuguese national, currently, its activity continues to be divided between the two countries.

As fervent advocate of meritocracy, Laetitea's demandingness is a well-known trait, his ability to build high-performing teams too. She is a true believer that if an organisation invests in its people, it will reap the fruits of that through loyalty, trust, and commitment.
