Hailey O'Neill has over 10 years of professional experience. Hailey is currently the Head of Customer Care at Eterneva. Prior to that, Hailey founded MindBar LLC, a technology startup in the mental health and wellness space. Hailey has also held leadership roles in sales and business development at LoudCrowd, Verb Inc., TrendKite, and SHI International Corp. In addition, they have previously worked as a market researcher at BIS Shrapnel, a sales executive at NRS Media, and a sales associate at LF Stores. Hailey began their career as an Events Intern at the Republican Governor's Association.

Hailey O'Neill received a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of California Santa Barbara, attending from 2008 to 2012. In November 2022, they completed a certification program to become a Certified Life Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
