Justin Steadham has worked in various engineering roles since 2002. Justin began their career in the US Navy as an Aviation Structural Mechanic (E4), where they maintained maintenance and final flight inspections of 25+ S3=B Viking Aircraft and managed a division of 50+ E4 and below maintenance workers for over 2 years. In 2011, they joined Samsung Austin Semiconductor as a Photolithography Engineer 2, where they contributed to team oversight of production activity of 75+ of the most technologically advanced photolithography tools in the world valued at over $5B. Justin was also responsible for the planning and completion of planned and breakdown maintenance on these tools. In 2014, they took on a temporary assignment as an Innovation Engineer, where they were responsible for the management and analysis of multiple department’s equipment metric performance. In 2017, they joined James Avery Artisan Jewelry as an Integration Engineer, and in 2021, they joined Eterneva as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer.

Justin Steadham attended Tivy High School from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a High School diploma. Justin then attended the Naval Aviation Technical Training Center Pensacola FL in 2002, where they earned a Military Certificate ("A" School) in Aviation Structural Mechanic Technical Training Course. Finally, they attended Texas State University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
