Andreas Neumann currently serves as the Head of the Center of Excellence for the Fibercement Division at Etex since August 2022. Prior to this role, Andreas held the position of Plant Manager at Holcim Building Envelope from March 2020 to July 2022. Andreas has extensive experience in operational excellence, having worked at Nouryon as Regional Operational Excellence Manager Asia and Operational Excellence Team Lead Asia from October 2018 to February 2020, and at AkzoNobel from August 1999 to October 2018 in various titles, including Site Director and Team Lead. Earlier in career, Andreas contributed as a Research Scientist at DuPont from March 1993 to July 1994. Academically, Andreas earned a PhD in Process Technology from Delft University of Technology and a Dipl.-Ing. in Process Technology from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
