Emmanuel Deckers

Product & Service Manager Topdesk

Emmanuel Deckers has over 30 years of experience in service management and IT coordination. Since June 2005, Emmanuel has worked at Etex as Product & Service Manager for TOPdesk, as well as Service Support Manager and Service Delivery Application Team Lead. Prior roles include Service Delivery Coordinator and Second Line SD, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of service delivery and support. Prior to Etex, Emmanuel gained experience at IDS Scheer Belgium as a Senior Consultant in SD/MM/QM from April 1998 to June 2005, and at Mercedes-Benz Belgium as IT Coordinator from April 1990 to April 1997. Emmanuel's education includes studies at Université catholique de Louvain from 1982 to 1984, and UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles from 1980 to 1982.
