Erik Mathys has over two decades of experience in compensation, benefits, and international mobility, currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards at Etex since September 2013. Previously, Erik held various roles at Saint-Gobain, including Group Compensation & Benefits International Mobility and Executive Pay Manager. Erik's career also includes positions at Deloitte as a Manager in Global Employer Services and International Assignment Services, as well as a role as a Junior Tax Consultant at Arthur Andersen. Erik holds a Master's degree in Fiscale Wetenschappen from Europese Hogeschool Brussel, earned between 1992 and 1999.
