Jochen Friedrichs

Jochen Friedrichs is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the building and insulation sectors. Currently serving as Head of Division at Etex Building Performance since May 2022, Jochen oversees a global light weight construction business with full P&L responsibility, focusing on sustainable growth strategies. Previously, Jochen held the CEO role at URSA Group, where responsibilities included leading a significant European insulation player with a successful transformation program across various operational dimensions. Additional roles at Xella Group included Chief Digital Officer and Chief Purchasing Officer, driving performance and procurement strategies. Jochen also has consulting experience from Kerkhoff Consulting and a history in supply chain management with Arvato Supply Chain Solutions.
