Johan Leo has extensive experience in the commercial and finance sectors, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Excellence Fibre Cement at Etex since January 2007, where responsibilities include optimizing processes, implementing best practices, and enhancing customer satisfaction and profitability. Previous roles at Etex include Finance Business Partner for Etex Exteriors Europe, Finance Manager and IT Business Partner for Etex Cladding Division, Finance Manager for EBM Division, and Internal Audit Manager, where Johan successfully established a new Internal Audit department. Prior to Etex, Johan held the position of Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young from October 2002 to January 2007. Johan holds a degree in Commercial Engineering with a focus on Accounting and Auditing from Solvay Business School (VUB), completed in 2002, and attended Koninklijk Atheneum Laken from 1991 to 1997.
