Mathilde Guigonnet

Mathilde Guigonnet has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Project & Change Manager and Responsable Développement et Projets RH at Etex since December 2019. Previously, Mathilde held the position of Responsable Régionale Ressources Humaines Nord at SINIAT from July 2011 to December 2019, overseeing human resources functions across five industrial sites. Prior to that, Mathilde worked with Lafarge Gypsum in several roles, including Adjointe RRH multisites, where responsibilities included supporting the development of a new factory's HR functions and participating in the deployment of ERP and internal control processes. Mathilde began their career with internships in human resources at AREVA and Omya and holds a Master’s degree in management and development of human resources from IGS Toulouse.
