Michael Simpson

Michael Simpson is an experienced professional in business development and management, currently serving as State Manager NSW/ACT and National Business Development for Promat at Etex since March 2013. Michael has held various critical roles within the company, including leading the Australian market in Modern Methods of Construction, overseeing fibre cement operations across ANZ, and providing technical support to sales consultants and industry professionals. In addition, Michael has served as a Committee Member for the Fire Protection Association Australia, focusing on bushfire safety. Prior experience includes a role as a Trade Sales Consultant at Reece Pty Ltd and service as an Infantry Soldier in the Australian Army, where strategic planning and execution in high-pressure environments were developed. Education includes leadership and finance programs from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, Tuck Executive Education, and the Australian Institute of Management.
