Monisha Rastogi, PhD, PMP®, is a project manager currently leading R&D initiatives at Etex with a focus on fiber cement. They earned a PhD from EPFL and previously held impactful roles, including a Marie Curie Industrial Doctoral fellow at HeidelbergCement and project manager at Carmeuse. Monisha's research experience includes a visiting researcher position at the University of Southern California and a researcher role at Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck. As a Marie Curie Early Stage Researcher Representative, they successfully facilitated communication among participants from various nationalities within an innovative training network.
