Pascal Emsens

Pascal Emsens is a Belgian businessman who currently serves as the director of Etex. Pascal has over fifteen years of experience in the energy sector, with a focus on renewable and sustainable energy.

Emsens began their career in 2004 as an intern at Deutsche Bank, before moving on to Exmar, where they served as commercial manager offshore from 2006 to 2013. Pascal then joined AtlasInvest as a portfolio manager and CEO of REDECO from 2013 to 2018. In January 2019, they joined The Carlyle Group as a managing director and senior advisor for the Renewable and Sustainable Energy Fund. Pascal left Carlyle in September 2021 to join Etex as director.

At Etex, Emsens is responsible for overseeing the company's operations and strategic direction.
