Previously, Philippe held various leadership roles at SINIAT, leading insulation and metal activities, and at Lafarge, where responsibilities spanned manufacturing performance management and strategic planning across multiple regions. Philippe's educational background includes executive education in finance from INSEAD, as well as master's degrees in business administration and engineering.
