Thierry Vanlancker is the Managing Director at Aliaxis and serves as Chairman of Sika, alongside board memberships at Cabot and Stahl. With past experience as Vice-President at DuPont Performance Coatings in EMEA and President of Chemicals & Fluoroproducts, they have also held significant roles at AkzoNobel and The Chemours Company. Thierry holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Ghent University, obtained in 1987.
