Tomasz Plucinski

Head Of Marketing DACH Region

Tomasz Plucinski is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing for the DACH Region at Etex Building Performance since December 2019. Prior to this role, Tomasz held various marketing leadership positions within Siniat International and Siniat, where responsibilities included leading marketing initiatives for gypsum compounds and plasters, as well as strategic direction. Earlier experience includes strategic and marketing director roles at Lafarge Gips and Lafarge Plasterboard Korea, and significant tenure at Lafarge Gypsum focused on marketing management and sales. Additionally, Tomasz began a career in sales at BASF Polska and ACT Sp z o.o. Tomasz holds an Executive MBA from Aalto University and WSB Poznań, a post-graduate degree in Marketing from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach, and a master’s degree in German Philology from the University of Silesia in Katowice.
