Wouter Bourgois is an experienced professional in corporate strategy and value creation, with a strong background in the automotive and advanced manufacturing sectors. Wouter served as Manager for strategy execution at ngage from January 2018 to October 2022, followed by roles at EY-Parthenon between November 2022 and August 2023, where Wouter progressed from Manager to Senior Manager, advising C-level executives on strategic initiatives and managing key client relationships. Prior experience includes a role as Consultant in Performance Improvement at EY within the EMEIA Financial Services division from September 2016 to December 2017. Currently, Wouter holds the position of Head of Project Excellence at Etex, starting in April 2025.
