Annerieke Schmidt

Annerieke Schmidt has a strong background in human resources and people development, serving in various leadership roles across multiple well-known organizations. Currently, Annerieke holds the position of Head of HR at Export Trading Group Commodities. Previous experiences include significant positions at Yusen Logistics, where Annerieke served as Global People Development Lead and Global Manager People Development, as well as Regional HR Manager Europe and Global HR Project Manager. Annerieke has also worked as an HR Business Partner at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS and held HR Manager and Corporate Trainee roles at FrieslandCampina. Early career experience includes an HR research internship at De Nederlandsche Bank. Annerieke Schmidt holds a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resource Management from Utrecht University, completed in 2014, and completed additional training at Lumina Learning in 2018.
