Etgar Null Architects was founded in 2007 as part of the Tehiru planning group and has since grown into a leading practice shaping the urban fabric of Tel Aviv and cities across Israel. Our studio specializes in the design of residential buildings, urban renewal projects (TAMA 38, dense housing, and large evacuation-construction complexes), residential towers, offices, commercial spaces, and public institutions.

Our portfolio includes a wide range of projects – from landmark residential towers in Ramat Gan, Petah Tikva, and Ramat HaSharon, to numerous housing developments throughout Tel Aviv, alongside unique civic and social projects. Among them are a residential building for adults with Asperger’s Syndrome in Ramat Gan, strategic masterplans for youth villages and kibbutzim, and diverse public facilities.

We are proud to be among the first architectural offices in Israel certified as Licensed Architects for Self-Licensing. This groundbreaking reform allows architects to lead the permitting process directly, shortening timelines dramatically and offering developers and clients a more efficient, transparent, and reliable path to building permits. Our team is actively trained in this process and we regularly host professional conferences to share knowledge with developers, planners, and industry leaders.

Today, Etgar Null Architects employs around 20 architects and architectural engineers, all committed to precise planning, creative thinking, and professional execution. We accompany every project with dedication and close attention to detail, from the earliest design stages through to completion.

Our office is located in the heart of Tel Aviv, and we continue to grow – both in our portfolio and our team. As a mentoring studio, we provide an engaging and supportive environment for young architects, while advancing some of the most exciting residential and public projects in Israel.
