Ethan & the Bean is a beloved local cafe and online shop. We sell exceptional coffee, delectable treats, cool merch, and other fine goods to support our vital mission of increasing the employment rate for persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Our coffee changes lives and we ship nationwide to spread our message far and wide.

Ethan and the Bean is a non-profit, New Jersey registered 501(c)(3). 

Our establishment provides a positive, empowering environment that supports individuals in a workplace community to train, gain, and contribute various skills related to employment, community building, self-esteem, and independent living.

We value and respect all who walk through our doors, and thank our entire community for being dedicated to wickedly brewing change for the disability population.
