John Guanco

John Guanco is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at ETHAN since April 2013, John's previous roles include Systems Engineer and Senior Technical Service Desk Agent within the same organization. Prior to ETHAN, John worked as an IT Support Analyst at Arup from November 2011 to April 2013 and as a Systems Support Analyst at Optus from September 2010 to November 2011. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney, earned between 2009 and 2012, and a Diploma in Information Technology from TAFE Ultimo, completed from 2007 to 2009.
