Alan Serrano

Alan Serrano has over two decades of experience in the design and furniture industry, currently serving as a Design Coordinator at Ethan Allen Global, Inc. since 2014, where previous roles included Operations Administrator and District Visual Merchandiser. In these capacities, Alan has successfully maintained monthly sales goals and supported designers in achieving client visions. Prior to this, Alan excelled as a Design Consultant at Ethan Allen, consistently generating over $600,000 in annual sales and ranking among the top sales performers district-wide. Alan's earlier experience includes positions at Bassett Furniture Industries, where top sales rankings were achieved, and management roles at Impressions Ink and Floral Impressions, highlighting diverse expertise in retail operations, customer service, and design. Alan also gained valuable experience as a Personal Assistant at Jack Nadel International, managing client projects and ensuring satisfaction through meticulous oversight. Alan studied at Mt. San Antonio College from 1984 to 1986.
