Amanda Klein currently serves as the Regional Design Leader for the Southwest and Central West at Ethan Allen Global, Inc., a position held since April 2022. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Bassett Furniture Industries, Inc. since July 2006, where Amanda has held several leadership roles including Regional Manager, District Manager, Store Manager, and Design Consultant. As Regional Manager, Amanda is responsible for the sales growth and operational effectiveness of a corporate region with 23 retail locations and 9 warehouses, developing budgets to meet quarterly and annual goals. Amanda’s leadership as District Manager resulted in year-over-year sales growth and national recognition for the highest profiting district in 2018. Amanda began the career as a Design Consultant, achieving annual design project revenues of $800k and top sales performance for two consecutive years. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Louis University.
