Mike Dakin has over 30 years of work experience, beginning in 1987 with ETHANY Corp. as the CEO where they were responsible for developing and implementing systems for a variety of business processes. In 1989 they joined Patton Consulting, Inc. as an ORACLE Programmer/Analyst, responsible for programming the COMputerized Management System, COMMS 40. In 1991 they began working with both XEROX CORPORATION and SERVICE INFOSYSTEMS, INC. At XEROX CORPORATION they were the Technical Project Lead, developing a system to manage the Invention to Patent business process and implementing a tool to enable the Xerox Customer Service Support Center to monitor on an ongoing basis the effectiveness of RCA being provided to customers. At SERVICE INFOSYSTEMS, INC. they were an ORACLE Consultant, assisting in the application conversion of the SIS Service Call Management module from ORACLE Versions 5.0 to 6.0 on VAX/VMS and SUN servers.
Mike Dakin attended Nazareth College from 1984-1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Informational Science.
