Matt Hoffman

Matt Hoffman is a talent leader with extensive experience in building innovative strategies for high-growth organizations. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Talent at M13, Matt has also held advisory roles at Ethena and LifeLabs Learning, as well as board positions at Northstar and interviewing.io. Previously, Matt was a Senior Director of People Operations at Return Path and led Talent Management and Change & Communications at Avon. Matt is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Policy Analysis at Cornell University and studying Organizational Psychology at New York University.
