Tom Grant

Tom Grant is currently the Director of Engineering at ether.fi and Co-Founder & CTO at Set Tracker. With a passion for building high-performing teams and maximizing customer impact, they have developed a robust background in software engineering, having previously served as Director and Engineering Manager at Top Hat and co-founded InsiderSense, where they architected and developed a comprehensive web application. Tom's diverse skill set includes expertise in Python, JavaScript, and various database management systems, complemented by a Bachelor of Computing in Cognitive Science from Queen's University, where they achieved Dean's Honour List recognition.
