Surya S

Surya S has extensive experience in the field of aerodynamics engineering. They started their career as a Summer Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology in 2019, where they focused on designing rocket nozzles and generating meshes for desired domains. In 2020, Surya worked as an Aerodynamics Intern at VELLON SPACE before joining the National Institute of Advanced Studies as a Project Associate later that year. During their time at the National Institute of Advanced Studies, Surya worked on various projects until July 2022. In 2022, they joined STARDOUR as an Aerodynamics Engineer, where they developed an aerodynamic database for small satellite launch vehicle configurations. Currently, Surya is working as the Lead Aerodynamics Engineer at EtherealX starting from May 2023.

Surya S pursued a Master's degree in Aerodynamics from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, Surya S completed a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering at Rajalakshmi Engineering College between 2014 and 2018. Additionally, Surya S obtained a certification in "Introduction to Maritime GIS" from the National Institute of Advanced Studies in May 2022.
