Plugin Engine
Remix is built on a plugin architecture which allows extension of the IDE into other platforms, and makes all community features inside Remix available to Ethereum developers working on other projects within the ecosystem.

Remix libraries are low-level libraries that tool developers can use to enhance their features.

Learning Community
The Remix team gives workshops on the Remix toolset, and also on more general introductions to blockchains and their uses.
