Cathy Davies

Cathy Davies currently serves as an LNP Coordinator at etherFAX since May 2022, with extensive experience in managing Local Service Requests (LSR) and coordinating with multiple Local Exchange Carriers (LECs). Since 2013, Cathy has also operated as an LNP Coordinator for CLEC Consultant, emphasizing project and quality management. Previously, from November 1999 to June 2013, Cathy worked at Frontier Communications, where responsibilities included assigning ports, programming features in DMS-100 switches, and maintaining cable inventory. Cathy's early career includes managing operations as a Manager and Hairstylist at Malcolm's Haircutters from June 1991 to January 1997, where skills in team leadership, client relations, and financial management were developed. Cathy holds a degree in Cosmetology from Empire Beauty School-Wyoming Valley and has attended Luzerne County Community College.
